Life is just full. Sometimes Em doesn’t even know how to handle it and how to act. Lately the hand Em has been dealt is not okay, not sure which card to play and how to hold it all in place.

Sometimes, I still think it would be easier to disappear, run away and not tell anyone. But on the rare occasion we get a reminder that life is good and worth living, but some moments are harder than most. And in those moments we need to stop, refresh, re assess the situation and ask for help. It is not always easy asking for help and admitting that we have an issue or life is hard, but in the end it is always helps and makes us feel better.
