People and the world tell you looks matter the outside is what matters. You need to look the part to fit in. But i dont think people look in the inside and the surroundings they come from or where they have been and what they have been through. Everyone is uniquely beautiful and handsome in their own way. And for me i look at their heart and personality that defines someone and shows who they are. And that brings out beauty.

I went to boundary falls yesterday and we were swimming and my friend said look at that beautiful little fern growing from that rock.

And i stopped and looked. And thought if a beautiful fern can grow and flourish from an old big dirty broken rock, we as humans can grow from our broken ashamed good hard past. Just need to believe that you will grow and flourish with a little time and effort. The right nutrition you can do anything.

We are all beautiful. We all have been through heart ache, shit, good and sad times and happiness and i believe all what we have been through makes us who we are. We need to accept what we have been through and know that it is your story and own it! And make the world see that you can go through anything and come through the other side happier stronger and beautiful. And full of life. And prove to yourself you can go through anything and the best is yet to come. You got this. You are stronger than you think.
