I was out walking this morning and this song came on, instantly got my phone out and typed this.

if you have that one person. a grandparent, a parent, a friend, a partner or a person you least expect. Listen to them, hear them, be around them because believe me we all need that person. In the midst of all the shit it might seem like nobody is there or hears you. But they are and do. They love you and want you to be safe, well and happy. Yes, it does hurt and can be hard, but it also can be good.
